BERRIES IN THE SNOW

1 lg. angel food cake
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla
Triple Delight blueberries (2-3 containers)


Blend cream cheese, milk, confectionary sugar, Cool Whip and vanilla with mixer. Dice angel food cake. Starting with Cool Whip mixture, then angel food cake, then berries. Layer in large glass bowl or Trifle dish. Continue to layer until bowl is full, ending with Cool Whip mixture. Recipe calls for blueberries, but more than one type of berry or fruit can be used. Makes a pretty and delicious dessert.
